Recipe of the Week: Spetzofai with Sausage from Pelion

- 1 kg of green peppers
- ½ kg of sausages
- ½ kg of ripetomatoes
- 1 wine glass of olive oil
We chop the peppers in four pieces. We also cut the sausage in thin round pieces and fry them together. When they are ready we add the tomatoes, after having blended them in the blender, some salt and pepper and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes.Tags: recipe, spetzofai
