Recipe of the week: Grilled Trout

- 4 trout (250 gr approximately each)
- 1 wine glass of olive oil
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1/2 tea spoon of mustard
- thick salt
- regular kitchen salt
We open and remove the offal of the trout. We wash and salt the trout with thick salt and let them for a while until the salt is being absorbed. In the meantime, we add regular kitchen salt, oregano, the olive oil, the lemon juice and the mustard in a small bowl and we beat them with a fork. We roast the trout on the grill in medium heat and serve them with oil-lemon juice.Tags: grill, recipe, trout
