  • Taste honey and smell the herbs in the Market
  • Taste the famous “Bougatsa”, the “paximadia”, the “kalitsounia”, Cretan cheese and tasty “loukoumades”!
  • Visit the “Splantzia”square (Plateia 1821) where you will taste a local beer or a local soft drink and enjoy the view of the unique Greek Christian Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas, part of a – once- Venetian Catholic monastery dating from the 13th century AD.

To be done once in a lifetime
