I wanted to book a return train trip from Athens to Meteora (Kalambaka) for October 5-6. Unfortunately, it says they don’t have any tickets for October. Is it discontinued or just too early to book?

Hi! I’m confused, so on Sundays the route operates only in afternoon? I need to clarify it because I was planning to leave meteora on sunday to visit delphi but that time of departure is too late and I dont want overnight in Delphi, just wanted to go early and visit the area in one day then head to athens .

We are travelling in early August from Thessaloniki to Athens. Is it also somehow possible just to book online a reservation for a seat as we have already our Interrail tickets? Or do we have to buy it at a station in Thessaloniki? Thanks in advance

Hi. The “direct bus” option does not appear on the KTEL-Trikala website. The most similar option arrives at Amfissa at 18:15 but depart from Amfissa at 20:00, arriving at Delphi at 20:55. http://www.ktel-trikala.gr/?module=default&pages_id=40&lang=en
